Alcatel unlock by code
This method of unlocking is the most easiest way. We only need two things from you beeing:
- Your imei (15 digit number)
- Your provider id.
Both can found beneath your battery. See picture.

When you filled out this information the information is send to a server and there the unlock code(s) will be calculated.
You will get a NCK code. This is the unlock code. Sometimes you will also receive the SPCK code this is a second unlock code, not all phones need this

How to enter the unlock code
When you have received the unlock code(s) you, of course, have to enter them in the phone.
First the easiest way:
insert another simcard in the phone. Your phone should now ask for the NCK code. Fill out the NCK code here. Now some phones will ask for the SPCK code if so enter this code also. Your phone will now be unlocked
Second method
Start your phone normally and type in your phone: ###765*08#NCKCODE. Replace NCKCODE with the NCK code you received.
Third method
if all methods failed you are going to need a test card to enter the unlock code. An Motorola testcard will do. Such an card is about 10 - 20 euros and are available at various online unlock shops. We can help you find one if needed.

Alcatel unlock by cable
This is needed for the new Chinese manufactured Alcatel phones. This phones aren't supported for calculation so they must be unlocked using an cable. This is generally needed for all phones like: Exxx (replace the x by any number). These phones can also be flashed next to unlocking. Flashing is replacing the firmware (the software from the phone) and this means you can update the phone software (think about fixing bugs, extra features etc) and replace the languages in the phone. All you need is a simple datacable (serial com cable) and it's not more then 1 click on a button to unlock your Alcatel phone.


Limitations

• For some phone versions you will need a TEST SIMCARD (for example MOTOROLA TESTCARD) to be able to enter unlock codes with ###765*08#code
• Do not try to use Alcatel Logger with damaged phones, it is possible that you receive valid codes, but phone with damaged/patched firmware will be not able to accept it
• If you manually lock your phone with some code then of course it is NOT possible to unlock it with code calculated from IMEI - our codes works only for factory locked phones
• For removing USER CODE there is no need for any calculated codes - you can try this master code: 83227423 and then disable the user code manually in phone's menu
