Why use remote unlocking
Remote unlocking is a lot cheaper then buying the professional hardware tools to unlock your phone (remote unlocking +/- 15 euros <=> Hardware needed to unlock +/- 300 euros) and a lot safer then all the free unlock software on the internet. The free software often kills your phone and making it hard (and expensive) to repair your phone. Gsm unlock by IMEI
Unlocking by imei means you send your IMEI and phone model (sometimes some additional information) using an online form. The website offering the service process this data and sends you the unlock code back by email. Simple and direct. We strive to offer this method for as much brands as possible.

Gsm unlock using a client (software)
Remote unlocking by client means that all unlock calculations are done online. You download a program called a 'client'. With this client you connect to an server which is located probably in an other country then you are in. The client software will request information from your mobile phone such as the phone model and software version. Depending on if the solution is a cable solution or by IMEI the client software will request some more information about your phone. Now the information about your phone is send to the server. On the server special calculations are made and the results are send back to the client. The client software will pass on the data to you(in the form of an unlock code) or via the cable to the gsm.
